Terms of Service
Effective Date: May 31, 2026
1Introduction
Welcome to Dayvium.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Dayvium website, applications, and services.
By creating an account or using Dayvium, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the platform.
2Eligibility
Age Requirement: 13+
You must be at least 13 years old to use Dayvium.
By using the platform, you confirm that:
- you meet the minimum age requirement,
- and you are legally allowed to use the service under applicable laws.
3User Accounts
You are responsible for:
- maintaining the confidentiality of your account,
- protecting your login credentials,
- and all activity occurring under your account.
You agree to provide accurate account information and keep it updated when necessary.
4Your Journals & Content
📝 Your journals and written content belong to you. Dayvium does not claim ownership over your private journal entries.
You are solely responsible for the content you create, store, or publish through the platform.
Prohibited Activities:
You agree not to use Dayvium to:
- violate laws,
- distribute harmful or malicious content,
- spam other users,
- attempt unauthorized access,
- or abuse the platform.
5Encryption & Privacy
Dayvium includes optional End-to-End Encryption (E2EE) features designed to improve journal privacy. E2EE is enabled during onboarding by default, but users may choose to disable it through Settings.
- If E2EE is enabled: encrypted journal content cannot be directly read by Dayvium servers.
- If E2EE is disabled: future non-encrypted journals may become technically accessible to authorized administrators when necessary for platform maintenance, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or support-related situations.
Previously encrypted journals remain encrypted and unreadable without the original encryption context. Certain sensitive journal systems require E2EE to remain enabled.
6Community Guidelines
Dayvium includes community discussion features where users may publish public posts and comments.
Public content must NOT include:
- harassment
- hate speech
- illegal content
- spam
- threats
- malicious behavior
Moderators and administrators may review public community posts, remove violating content, restrict visibility, or suspend accounts involved in harmful behavior.
🔒 Private journals are not moderated in the same way as public community discussions.
7Subscription Plans & Payments
Dayvium offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans may include: monthly subscriptions, yearly subscriptions, and limited lifetime-access plans.
Secure Payments processed through Razorpay
Dayvium does not directly store full payment card information. All payment details are processed under top industry standards.
8Refund Policy
Monthly Plans
Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable.
Yearly Plans
Refunds may be partially issued after deducting the equivalent value of one monthly billing cycle.
Lifetime Plans
Refunds may be requested within 7 days of purchase (deducting the value of one monthly period).
Lifetime Access Clarification:
“Lifetime” access currently refers to 10 years of platform access from the date of purchase.
At the end of this period, lifetime access extensions, renewals, or continuation policies remain at the discretion of Dayvium administrators.
9Subscription Access
Dayvium currently does not support automatic recurring billing cancellation systems.
📨 Users may contact support regarding billing concerns, refund requests, or subscription-related assistance.
10Account Suspension & Termination
Dayvium reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in:
- abuse, spam, or illegal activity,
- platform exploitation or community harassment,
- or any other harmful behavior.
We may also restrict access when necessary to protect users, maintain platform stability, or comply with legal obligations.
11Account Deletion & Recovery
Users may delete their account through Settings.
Deleted accounts enter a 15-day recovery window during which restoration may still be possible.
* After the recovery period ends, account data may be permanently removed from our systems.
12Platform Availability
We aim to keep Dayvium stable and accessible, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Features may change, be improved, be removed, or temporarily become unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or future product decisions.
13Limitation of Liability
Dayvium is provided “as is” without guarantees of uninterrupted operation or error-free performance.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dayvium shall not be liable for:
- indirect damages or data loss,
- emotional distress or business interruption,
- or losses resulting from service interruptions or unauthorized access.
* Users are responsible for maintaining backups of important personal information.
14Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated as Dayvium evolves.
Continued use of the platform after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
