At Dayvium, we aim to keep pricing transparent and fair while maintaining the long-term sustainability of the platform.
This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for paid subscriptions and premium plans purchased through Dayvium.
By purchasing a subscription, you agree to this policy.
2Monthly Subscription Plans
Non-Refundable Policy
Monthly subscription payments are strictly non-refundable once activated.
Once a monthly subscription has been activated, we generally do not provide:
- refunds,
- partial refunds,
- or unused-time reimbursements.
* This helps maintain predictable platform operations and subscription fairness.
3Yearly Subscription Plans
Users on yearly subscription plans may request a refund by contacting support.
If approved, the refund amount may be reduced by deducting the equivalent value of one monthly subscription period.
Refund approvals are handled manually and may depend on: account activity, abuse prevention checks, and billing verification.
4Lifetime Access Plans
Lifetime Access purchases may be eligible for refunds only if the refund request is submitted within 7 days of purchase.
* If approved, the refund amount may include a deduction equivalent to one monthly subscription period. After 7 days, Lifetime Access purchases become non-refundable.
5Definition of “Lifetime Access”
⏳ “Lifetime Access” currently refers to: 10 years of access from the date of purchase.
At the end of this period, extensions, renewals, or continuation of access may be offered at the discretion of Dayvium administrators.
* Future platform structure, pricing, or product availability may change over time.
6Failed Payments & Duplicate Charges
If you experience accidental duplicate charges, failed payment issues, or incorrect billing, please contact support as soon as possible.

7Subscription Cancellation
Dayvium currently does not support automatic subscription cancellation systems inside the platform.

8Abuse Prevention
Fraud Protection Limits
Refund requests may be denied in cases involving abuse of the platform, repeated refund exploitation, policy violations, or fraudulent activity.
* Dayvium reserves the right to review refund eligibility on a case-by-case basis.
